Submit a provider or report an error
Ask us to review a provider, or report something on Thai Clinic Guide that is wrong or out of date.

- Listing is free and never for sale. Sending a provider in does not mean it will be listed.
- We publish only facts we can find on the provider's official website or a regulator's site, so include the official web address.
- For a correction, give the page and a link to the source with the correct details.

Your submission is in. We will review it and email you if we need more.
A submission does not guarantee a listing. Placement is never sold.
What we check before listing
We open the provider's official website and look for the facts a comparison needs: the services it offers, its address and main phone number, the languages it supports, any accreditation it states and, where published, its prices. A provider is listed only when enough of this can be traced to its own pages or to a regulator, such as a hospital licence or a professional council register.
How review works
We review submissions in batches rather than one by one, so there can be a gap between sending the form and hearing back. Each provider is checked against the same criteria as every other listing on the site, and an editor reads the page before it goes live.
What happens next
If the provider is listed, it appears on the comparison pages for each care type it publishes, in an order that is not for sale. If we cannot list it yet, we say why when we reply, usually because a detail could not be found on the official website. Corrections are checked against the source you send, and the page date changes once the fix is live. See how we review for the full method.
