These terms apply when you use Thai Clinic Guide. They are written to be read: by using the site, you agree to them.
About these terms
These terms, together with our privacy policy, cookie policy and medical disclaimer, govern your use of the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site is a free, independent guide to healthcare providers in Thailand. It summarises what hospitals and clinics publish, links to their own pages, and offers guides and self-check questionnaires for general awareness. It is not a healthcare provider, a booking agent or a medical travel agency, and it does not give medical advice.
Using the site fairly
You are welcome to read, share and link to our pages. In return, please do not:
- copy substantial parts of the site, or republish our comparisons, as your own or for commercial use without our permission
- scrape or download the site in bulk in a way that burdens our hosting
- try to break, probe or overload the site, or get round any security measure
- send us false clinic submissions, or submissions about a clinic you are not entitled to represent
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or mislead anyone
Clinic submissions
If you submit a clinic or a correction, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it. We decide independently whether and how to use a submission, and we may decline or remove a listing at any time. Submitting is free and does not entitle anyone to a listing or a particular position.
Our independence
We do not accept payment for listings, placement or reviews, and we do not earn affiliate or referral fees from links to providers. Links to providers are there so you can check their information at the source.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of the site are our original work and are protected by copyright. Hospital and clinic names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners. We show them only to identify the provider being described, and their appearance does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
Photographs on the site are used under licence from Pexels and remain the property of their photographers.
Links to other websites
We link to providers, regulators and other sources. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or the services they offer. A link is not an endorsement.
No warranty
We provide the site free of charge and as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every detail is correct, complete or current, or that the site will always be online and free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including decisions about which provider to use, travel or booking costs, or the treatment any provider delivers. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection the law of your own country gives you. Questions about these terms can go to hello@thaiclinicguide.com.
